The bumper has auxiliary light holes and the bull bar mounts on it.<\/p>\n<h2>Specifications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Bumper made from 3 mm sheet steel<\/li>\n<li>Winch mount and frame mounts made of 5 mm steel sheet<\/li>\n<li>Laser cut, CNC press brake bent, hand finished<\/li>\n<li>Shot blasted and epoxy primed<\/li>\n<li>Powder coated in RAL 9005 matte black with a fine texture, other RAL colours on request<\/li>\n<li>Stainless steel bolts<\/li>\n<li>Holes for auxiliary lights, shackle mount points, two hi-lift points<\/li>\n<li>Bull bar from 4 mm steel, mandrel bent, zinc powder primer and RAL 9005 matt black, removable<\/li>\n<li>Product code: ZSEB<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>The V6 and the winch<\/h2>\n<p>The V6 Vitara is light and punchy, so you want to take it further than the gravel road \u2013 and out there you meet mud holes that power alone will not get you out of. The winch sits inside the bumper on the 5 mm winch mount and the bumper is held in the frame by its frame mounts, so an angled pull will not twist the mount or damage the winch or the vehicle. The bull bar keeps brush and branches away from the lights, and two hi-lift points let you lift the front when needed.<\/p>\n<p>The light holes are ready in the bumper, and you can pick suitable lights straight from the options. When the bull bar is not needed, you can take it off.<\/p>\n<h2>Installation<\/h2>\n<p>All mounting hardware is included, the bumper bolts to the frame and the bull bar mounts on the bumper, and both come off when needed. Shackle mounts and lights are not included \u2013 you can add them from the options.<\/p>\n<h2>Delivery<\/h2>\n<p>The kit is big and heavy \u2013 it comes as palletised freight and will not fit in a parcel locker.<\/p>\n<p>If the manufacturer does not have it in stock, production takes 2 weeks.<\/p>\n<p>Fitting the bumper and bull bar is a modification to the vehicle \u2013 check the Estonian Transport Administration registration requirements before taking it on public roads.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Front bumper with a winch mount and a removable bull bar for the long Vitara I 2.0 V6 (1995-1997).
