If the Y61 has slid into a ditch on a descent or there is a deeper hole ahead, it makes more sense to go back, and the rear bumper with a winch mount lets you pull the car out backwards. Without a winch, the shackle mount points give you a place for a strap, and the hi-lift points let you jack up the rear end. The original plastic takes a hit on the first rock at the back, the steel bumper does not.<\/p>\n<p>Under the paint there is shot blasting and epoxy primer, and the bolts are stainless steel, so even years later no rust streaks run from the fixings.<\/p>\n<h2>Installation<\/h2>\n<p>All the fitting hardware is included and the bumper bolts on; it can also be taken off when needed. Shackle mounts are not in the set, you can add them from the options.<\/p>\n<h2>Delivery<\/h2>\n<p>The rear bumper is big and heavy, so we ship it as palletised freight \u2013 it will not fit in a parcel locker.<\/p>\n<p>If the manufacturer has none in stock at the moment, production takes 2 weeks.<\/p>\n<p>The bumper is a modification to the vehicle: before you take it onto public roads, check the Estonian Transport Administration's registration requirements.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rear bumper with a winch mount for the Nissan Patrol Y61 \/ GU4.
